A journey of steadfastness in faith, wellness, and joy for Christian women.
Would you like to ENJOY the blessings of the holiday without losing sight of WHAT MATTERS MOST?
Would you like to enter the new year without the burden of having to "get back on track"?
Would connecting with like-minded women help you remain steadfast with healthy habits of faith and wellness?
If so, please join us for Healthy Holidays in Christ!
While the trials we each face during the holiday season vary, the solution does not.
It all comes back to abiding in Christ.
Enrollment opening soon!
We will:
* set our minds on things above (Colossians 3:2)
* seek first the kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33)
* encourage one another and build each other up
(1 Thessalonians 5:11)
We'll also consider ways to steward our bodies well with exercise, rest, and nourishment while enjoying the gifts of holiday foods and celebrations.
Ultimately, we will find peace and joy as we focus on Jesus, the One worthy of celebrating.

ABOUT YOUR HOST
Hi, I'm Gina Cordova, founder of Rise & Abide Wellness.
I know what it's like to lose focus and get thrown off track during the holidays. Routines that help me connect with the Lord and care for my body can fall to the wayside.
I often allow stress and expectations to distract me from what matters most. And I've spent many a celebration preoccupied by food or the guilt of overindulgence.
But I also know what it's like to be steadfast, to adjust for different seasons, and to enjoy earthly pleasures without being mastered by them.
So, by the grace of God, I've created this journey to help us encourage each other in faith, healthy choices, and enjoyment of the season with our minds and affections on Christ Jesus our Lord.
