INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I'm Gina, a group fitness instructor certified with ACE and Barre Above.

 

Formerly a competitive synchronized swimmer, coach, and step aerobics instructor, I now enjoy teaching a variety of barre, strength training, cardio, and stretching while encouraging women with God's word.

On a personal note, I am a pastor's wife, stepmom, and homeschooling mom who enjoys family life, reading aloud, being outdoors, and quality time with loved ones.
